Supreme Wine Nepal has appointed National Capital Limited as the Issue Manager for its Initial Public Offering (IPO), marking an important milestone in the company’s growth journey. The agreement was signed on 30 July 2026 at National Capital’s corporate office in Panipokhari, Kathmandu.
Established in 2015, Supreme Wine Nepal has built a strong presence in Nepal’s wine industry with its portfolio of premium and fruit wines, including the flagship AKIRA and SUB MARINE brands. The company plans to use the IPO proceeds to expand production capacity, strengthen its brand presence, and support its long-term growth strategy, including diversification into the agro-tourism sector.
National Capital Limited, a licensed merchant bank and subsidiary of National Life Insurance Company Limited, will manage the IPO process, supporting Supreme Wine Nepal as it prepares for its next phase of expansion.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior representatives from both organisations, including Supreme Wine Nepal Chairperson Mrs. Ranjita Manandhar, Managing Director Mr. Naresh Amatya, Executive Director Mr. Gokarna Karki, and the leadership team from National Capital Limited.
