For the past six years (previously through Khanal Pradhanang Investment Services), we have run structured internship programs designed to mentor the next generation of investment professionals. Our flagship Summer Analyst Program is a six-week intensive course focused on the fundamentals of value investing, offering students hands-on exposure to real research work. The program also provides a potential pathway into our analyst team for exceptional performers.
Occasionally, we run the program twice a year depending on capacity.
